Technical Management encompasses all of the services that maximize the operational efficiency and physical condition of a vessel throughout its working life in compliance with the requirements of industry regulators, our ship-owning clients, and our client’s customers. Service delivery is underpinned by a rigorous approach to safety, security, and environmental protection. Our expert staff utilizes efficient operating systems based on the latest technologies and resources available for both shore and ship-based operations.

more specifically, it has a diversified team of technical, HSQE marine, electrical superintendents, and purchasers per group of vessels which is supervised by a senior superintendent (head of the group), who look after the proper maintenance, repairs, surveys, and supply of spares provisions of each vessel. Superintendents monitor the performance and condition of the vessels by both routine reports and frequent onboard visits and inspections. Vessels undergo scheduled dry-dockings, which are meticulously planned and with work lists developed from dry-dock to dry-dock after consulting the vessels’ crew, bearing in mind suggestions for improvement and upgrades. Plan Maintenance System: using advanced software the inspection and maintenance works of the vessel are closely monitored by the shore management.
